terms of service
by commissioning me, you have read and accept these terms. violations will result in being blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
general
| current turnaround time is up to 10 weeks; if i may miss the deadline, i will reach out to you beforehand to let you know! |
| rush orders will be an additional 50% of the final price; please make sure to request at least 2 weeks in advance of your deadline. |
| rush orders will have priority over other commissions. |
| i try to work on my queue in order, so please check it before submitting a request! |
| you may not remove my watermark. please only post the watermarked file! |
| i reserve the right to refuse any request that may make me uncomfortable or i feel i won’t be able to complete properly. |
payment
| i do not offer refunds as this is my sole source of income. please keep this in mind before requesting |
| full payment is required before i begin work. you can also pay 50% upfront, 50% after the sketch! but you need to let me know before i send an invoice. |
| 2 revisions are offered for free past the lineart stage, but any more after incurs a 5USD charge per revision. color changes do not apply to revisions! |
| you are required to pay these fees before the final file is sent. |
| i will send an update for the sketch and base colors, but you can request more if you'd like! |
